New Single – Louvre

Hello Friends and Fans,

I am happy to announce the release of my latest “studio” single:  Louvre!

This song is the story about a young couple traveling to Europe for the first time together and the romantic highlight of this trip was the city of Paris. Unfortunately due to time constraints they arrive on a Monday and leave on a Wednesday.  One of their main destinations was to go the Louvre with the  mission of seeing Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Liisa… The catch was the only day they could go to the Louver was on a Tuesday and unfortunately “Le Musée du Louvre est fermé le mardi” (The Louvre Museum is closed on Tuesday).  Let the exploration of Paris begin!

The song is released on all streaming services and platforms : Click here for links to the various streaming services to have a listen

New Single and Video Out – This Chain

I am happy to announce the release of my latest “studio” single:  This Chain!  For those who know me this is one of my original acoustic ballad songs about teenage love, heartbreak and a symbol of what was or could have been.  I updated the arrangement and the feel of this song in many ways: I gave it a little more punch with a higher BPM, added multiple vocal melody and harmony layers and (of course) I utilized my new electronic sound.  I must say I had a lot of fun working on this song in the studio!

The song is released on all streaming services and platforms : Click here for links to the various streaming services to have a listen.  I also created a lyric video You’ll be able to  watch it here on YouTube.

Cheers!

New Video Out: In the Shadow of the Valley of Death

Released by Deus Ex Lumina a project I am Working With

Hello Friends and Fans,

The video for (a cover of Marilyn Manson’s) “In the Shadow of the Valley of Death” was released on YouTube today at 1:00 p.m. (CET)! This is Deus Ex Lumina’s first video to be released that states: “The mystery has been revealed!  Here we are in the flesh and we are dark.”. I really enjoyed working on the video because we are on the same wave-length when it comes to the style and feel for DEL.   The concept and look for the video were easily agreed upon which made it easy for Don MacTavish to be behind the camera directing the shoot.  Don really enjoyed the editing process and applying the post-production effects to enhance the overall feel for the video (Don also remixed and remastered the track specifically for the video’s release). I really hope you all enjoy this video and future releases from DEL.

Cheers!
